The apartment has been recently refurbished for a very comfortable stay, and, at a spacious 120 m2, is ideal for groups of 4-10 people. There are three bedrooms (one double, one twin, and one with double and twin) and one bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen. Although the apartment is located in the heart of the city, in the lively La Latina neighborhood, it is very quiet.

The apartment has three very quiet bedrooms, including one master bedroom with a 150cm double bed and ensuite bathroom. Two smaller bedrooms--one with two 90cm beds that can be pushed together, and the other with a 135cm double bed--share the other bathroom. Both bathrooms have bathtubs/showers.

The apartment is situated in the center of Madrid, near the Plaza Tirso de Molina, just a 5 minute walk from the major historic sites and important museums. This area is also full of restaurants and tapas bars, and there are supermarkets and fruit markets close by, including the traditional Mercado de la Cebada. Madrid's "Triangle of Art" and the Atocha train station are just a 15-20 minute walk away, and the apartment is very close to the Puerta del Sol, the Plaza Mayor, the royal palace, and the Rastro Sunday flea market.

The apartment is well-communicated on public transportation. The Tirso de Molina (Line 1) and La Latina (Line 5) Metro stops and bus stops for many lines are nearby, and the Atocha train station is a 15-20 minute walk away. Most major sights are within walking distance, and there are lots of bars, restaurants and shops in the surrounding blocks.
