The Property
A lovely one-bedroom apartment located in the Arturo Soria residential area, very close to the M30 ring road. The apartment can comfortably accommodate up to four people, with one bedroom, one sofa-bed and two full bathrooms. The living room is very comfortable, with a sofa and two large windows facing the quiet street. All rooms have lots of natural light.

The Arturo Soria area is very nice, quiet residential neighborhood with lots modern buildings and tree-lined streets. There is a traditional market around the corner, the metro stop is a 5-minute walk. There are shopping centers within walking distance and it is very close to the football stadium. This location is ideal if you are driving.

The apartment is well-communicated on public transportation and next to the M30 ring road. The nearest Metro stop is Avenida de la Paz (Line 4), bus stops for many lines are just around the corner, and the ChamartÃn train station is a 5-minute drive. The center is a 12-minute drive.
